Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) Visa
This visa allows regional employers to tackle identified labor shortages within their region by sponsoring skilled workers when they are unable to find suitably skilled Australian candidates. Basic eligibility requirements include being nominated by an approved work sponsor, having an occupation listed on a relevant skilled occupation list, obtaining a suitable skills assessment for the occupation, being under 45 years of age, and meeting minimum standards of English language proficiency.

Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 494)
This visa empowers regional employers to tackle recognized labor shortages in their region by sponsoring skilled workers when suitably skilled Australian workers cannot be found. Holders of this visa can reside, work, and study exclusively in designated regional areas of Australia. Moreover, they can apply for permanent residence after 3 years from the time their visa is granted.
