With this visa, you are permitted to remain in Australia for a duration ranging from 9 to 15 months, starting from the date your visa is granted. Additionally, you have the freedom to work and pursue studies during your stay in Australia.

To be eligible for this visa, you must be at least 18 years old and have a sponsor who is either an Australian citizen, a permanent resident, or an eligible New Zealand citizen. You must also have the intention to marry your prospective spouse before the visa period concludes. Additionally, you must apply for this visa outside of Australia, along with any accompanying family members, and remain outside of Australia until the visa decision is made.
