Employer Nomination  Scheme Visa

This visa enables skilled workers, who are nominated by their employer, to permanently reside and work in Australia. To be eligible, applicants must possess the requisite skills for the job, be nominated by an Australian employer, and meet the health and character requirements stipulated by the Australian authorities.

This visa allows skilled workers, nominated by an employer, to permanently reside and work in Australia. To qualify, applicants must be nominated by an Australian employer, their occupation must be on the relevant list of eligible skilled occupations, and they must demonstrate at least Competent English proficiency.

The Labour Agreement stream may be suitable if you are currently employed, or will be employed, by an employer who is a party to a labour agreement. It is essential that the employer hold a labour agreement for eligibility under this stream.

This visa allows skilled workers nominated by their employer to permanently reside and work in Australia. Generally, applicants must hold a 457, TSS, or a related bridging visa A, B, or C. Typically, a minimum of two years of full-time employment with the employer is required, and you must be nominated by your employer to be eligible for this visa.
