This visa allows a child to temporarily stay in Australia while their parent's permanent Partner visa application is being processed. This visa allows the child to move to or remain in Australia until a decision is made on their parent's permanent Partner visa application. During this period, the child can travel to and from Australia, as well as work and study within the country.
To be eligible, the child must be a dependent of the parent holding the visa and be sponsored by the nominator or sponsor of the visa-holding parent.
